The great thing about small towns is the closeness the citizens have with one another, and Valleyview is no different! This cute, relaxed, volunteer-run event is hosted at Josie’s home, and features the talented British Indie-folk band ‘
’! Their sound is soft and eclectic, with melodic voices and captivating guitar textures, leaving the audience wanting more every time. Although it is a casual event and walking right in is fine, the organizers appreciate a phone call ahead of time so they can estimate the number of chairs to set up in their space. Usually, the events are quite intimate, with 30 guests, more or less. Snacks, juice, and coffee are provided free of charge, but bringing alcohol or food to share is always welcomed! Entry is $20 for adults, $10 for students, and free for kids 12 and under.
